Sun Jingyuan, Associate Professor, Master tutor. She received the bachelor and Ph.D degrees in 2008 and 2013 from Zhejiang University. In the same year, she entered the Department of Engineering Mechanics of the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics of Zhejiang University as a postdoctoral fellow. In 2014, she was awarded the title of Newton International Foundation of the British Academy and the Royal Society (the global admission rate is 8%). From 2015 to 2017, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the UK, and in 2017, she worked at the School of Chemical Engineering, Zhejiang University. Her research interests include multiphase flow detection and digital signal processing, computational fluid dynamics simulation, multiphase flow reactor engineering, and turbulence. The new multi-temperature zone fluidized bed polyethylene process developed by the company has been applied in the 140,000 tons/year polyethylene plant of Tianjin Petrochemical, and has successfully produced high-performance polyethylene products such as heat shrink film, heavy packaging film and stretch winding film. She has been responsible for China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, first prize, the subproject of the Key Project of National Natural Science Foundation, the National Natural Science Foundation for Youth, Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province, National Natural Science Youth Foundation, Newton Foundation of the UK, and other research projects.
