1. Research direction

Design and scale-up of olefin polymerization reactor

Development of high performance polyolefin production process

2. Personal profile

Mr. Huang Zhengliang received his bachelor's, master's and Doctor's degrees in 2000, 2004 and 2012 from the Department of Chemical Engineering of Zhejiang University. After graduation in 2012, he stayed at the university to engage in teaching, scientific research and experimental work. As the main completed person, he won 1 second prize of national technology invention and 5 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards such as the first prize of technology invention of the Ministry of Education. He has presided over more than 20 National Natural Science Foundation projects, youth fund projects, national key research and development plan sub-projects and horizontal projects, published more than 50 papers, and obtained more than 30 authorized invention patents.

  The main research work and results include 

 1. Domestic complete set of polyethylene process technology development and industrial demonstration application

(a) 300,000 tons/year gas phase polyethylene process complete set of technology

(b) 300,000 tons/year gas-liquid polyethylene process technology

(c) 150,000 tons/year in situ integrated polyethylene complete set technology

  2. Development and industrial application of acoustoelectric detection technology in fluidized bed reactor has been applied to 18 sets of large polyethylene plant

  3. Development and industrial application of new technology for green and efficient recovery of polyolefin emission gas by residual pressure expansion cryogenic method. It has been applied to more than 30 sets of large polyethylene equipment, and has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.

  4. Development of novel reactors and internals and their application in gas-liquid/gas-liquid-solid multiphase reaction processes
